Hello,
         Today is my 1st day here, but let me advise im no stanger to the CONSTANT STRUGGLE with losing weight. I recently just had my baby girl back in Jan. :o) Well before i got pregnant i had lost 35lbs. I use to weigh over 185lbs, but when i lost it i was at my most happiest that ive EVER FELT!  That immediatly changed after i had my baby.  My weight rocketed to 235 lbs. WOW! I hate myself for it. So i told myself i was gonna start again with my little diet. But ive noticed that my body isnt the same anymore. Before i would be ok when it came to FASTING for 1 day, but... now im starting to feel dizy, kinda like i wanna faint. My husband says its b.c im not drinking alot of water anymore. So i guess i better drink at least 3 liters like i use to and see how it'll make me feel. I would really like your feedback on this. And feel free to call me FAT and UGLY!  Again ill  appreciate any advice or recommendations!
